WHO WE ARE
The Association for Cannabis Health Equity and Medicine is a professional medical association established in solidarity with the Cannabis Health Equity Movement™ (CHEM) and founded by Drs. Janice, Jessica, and Rachel Knox, and Dr. Ogadinma "Oga" Obie.
ACHEM is a mutual benefit nonprofit organization. This organization is not involved in the propagation, manufacture, distribution, any form of inventory, or retail of any controlled substances, including cannabis.

To enrich BIPOC healthcare professionals with education and training in cannabis science, cannabinoid medicine, and endocannabinology.
To promote the professional advancement and economic opportunity for BIPOC healthcare professionals in cannabis.
To participate in policy reform and regulatory design.
To serve our communities - the communities most harmed by the war on drugs and cannabis prohibition - by identifying pathways to ensuring that cannabis medicine (and the economy of cannabis) serves the health equity needs of these communities and society as a whole.
